These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the TarraCoata website at www.tarracoata.com and any related pages, feeds and public endpoints (the "Site"). By using the Site you accept these terms in full. If you do not accept them, please stop using the Site.
Use of the TarraOne platform is governed separately by the TarraOne SaaS Terms of Service.

- Use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent or infringing purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers, databases or any connected system.
- Probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Site except under a coordinated disclosure agreed in writing.

- Interfere with the availability of the Site, including through denial-of-service techniques or excessive automated requests.

Your use of the Site is also governed by the Privacy Policy, the Cookies Policy and, where AI features are used, the AI Usage & Disclaimer.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, save that TarraCoata may seek injunctive relief in any competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property.

We may revise these terms at any time. The current version is always published on this page with its "last updated" date and version number. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
