Cookies Policy

Which cookies and similar technologies TarraCoata and TarraOne use, what each category does, and how to give, refuse or change your consent.

Effective: 1 August 2026

This policy explains how TarraCoata uses cookies and similar technologies (local storage, session storage and pixels) on www.tarracoata.com and inside the TarraOne platform, and how you control them.

1. What cookies are

A cookie is a small text file stored on your device by your browser. Similar technologies such as local storage keep data in the browser without sending it with every request. Together they let a site remember your choices, keep you signed in, and measure how the site is used.

2. Categories we use

Essential cookies

Always active. The site cannot function correctly without them, so they are not subject to consent.

  • Authentication and session tokens for signed-in areas and the TarraOne workspace.
  • Security tokens that protect against cross-site request forgery.
  • Load-balancing and request-routing identifiers.
  • Storage of your cookie-consent choice itself.

Functional cookies

Remember choices you make to personalise the experience: interface language (Hebrew or English), light or dark theme, accessibility preferences such as increased font size, reduced motion or high contrast, and dismissal of informational banners. Disabling them means these preferences reset on each visit.

Analytics cookies

Help us understand aggregate usage — pages viewed, referral source, session duration, navigation paths and errors — so we can improve content and performance. Data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally. Set only after you consent.

Marketing cookies

Used to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and, where relevant, to show TarraCoata content on third-party platforms. Set only after you consent, and never enabled by default.

On your first visit a consent banner appears with three equally available choices:

  • Accept all — enables functional, analytics and marketing cookies.
  • Reject non-essential — keeps only essential cookies.
  • Customize preferences — lets you enable or disable each non-essential category independently.

We do not set non-essential cookies before you make a choice, and refusing is as easy as accepting. Your decision is stored for 12 months, after which we ask again.

You may change or withdraw your consent at any time using the Cookie settings link in the site footer, which reopens the preference panel. You can also control cookies in your browser:

  • Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Third-party cookies.
  • Safari: Settings → Privacy → Manage Website Data.
  • Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data.
  • Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions.

Blocking all cookies at browser level will break sign-in and may degrade parts of the site.

5. Third-party cookies

Some cookies are set by providers acting on our behalf, for example analytics platforms, embedded video players and, in the TarraOne platform, payment and authentication providers. These providers process data under their own privacy notices and under written terms with us. We do not permit them to use the data for independent advertising profiling.

6. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Where your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a valid instruction to refuse non-essential cookies.

7. Changes

We review this policy whenever we add or remove a technology. The current version, its number and its date are shown at the top of this page.
